Every Saturday from 10 am till 4 pm, Riverside Arts Market provides a dramatic venue for up to 150 artists to share their custom creations, from handmade pottery, paintings, and jewelry, to silk-screened shirts and unique crafts. Riverside Arts Market even hosts organic vegetable vendors and yummy homemade treats. The Riverside Arts Market deems itself a "green market". None of its food vendors are allowed to use Styrofoam packaging and all of the bags used by all vendors must be recyclable.

The main stage features plenty of entertainers, including musicians, dancers, poets, artists and theater groups who are featured from 10:30am-3:30pm. The crowds usually consist of people of all ages, young and old, and even their pets! The Riverside Arts Market welcomes happy dogs to partake in the fun, they even provide water bowls through out the event so your pup can stay hydrated. Eco-friendly biodegradable bags are provided so that you can clean up after your dog.
