Experience Fright Fest 2015 at Six Flags Over Georgia
Fright Fest 2015 at Six Flags over Georgia is an adrenaline pumping; mind warping, risk-taking and high-speed smorgasbord for fun lovers of all ages. The event begins September 26 and continues through November 1, 2015. As the skies darken each night, the park converts into a frightening experience. Haunted houses, treacherous rides and perhaps a few zombies or other creatures on the loose will be included in the festival agenda.
Costume Regulations and Admission: Costumes are restricted to ages 12 and under. No scary costumes or masks are allowed. Maze entrance requires the purchase of a wristband. Season passes for 2015 will be honored at Fright Fest; however, most haunted activities require the purchase of a separate wristband. Fright Fest admission tickets may be purchased online or at the park gate with or without Haunted House wristband. Combination event admission and wristband purchases are the best value. Hours of operation for the event are available online.
Lickskillet Harvest Festival: Lickskillet Harvest Festival provides exciting entertainment for younger guests away from intensely frightening attractions at no additional admission fee. Special pumpkin painting crafts will be set-up for the event. Looney Tune characters will be dressed for Halloween in non-scary costumes. The area will host festival foods and special treats. The harvest festival includes daily costume contests and haunted tales in the Bugs Bunny World Theater. Parents may find a park bench to take a rest while little ones enjoy the playground.
Event Frights: Guests travel back in time to 1692 and experience the Salem Witch Trials firsthand. Only the bravest souls attend a Southern Cemetery Conjuring, which is located near the swamplands, known as Bayou Bloodlust. Guests may experience mass chaos in Gotham City as zombies take over the streets for the event. Consider this a warning; beware of the scarecrows at Dark Harvest. Attendees will learn if Baron Von Vile will win the title of Supreme Ruler of Fright Fest over Knyghtmare. Hungry motorcycle riding vampires and junkyard dogs will be on the loose at Six Flags.
Rides: Many of the rides have been given special names for Halloween. Thrill seekers will not want to miss the Joker Chaos Coaster, the Mind Bender: Triple Looping Terror or the Harley Quinn Spinsanity. Hearts will race on Superman: Ultimate Flight: The Last Flight and The Great American Scream Machine: American Horror Machine. Brave guests will enjoy Acrophobia: Tower of Doom and Goliath: Raging Behemoth.
