Dare Me for Charity Event in Phoenix, Arizona

November 1st marks the date for the Dare Me For Charity Event happening in Phoenix, Arizona. This charity tour started out as an experiment and is now exploding with phenomenal results of participatory involvement. The way this event works is you register to participate and pay a small registration fee ($15 per ticket). It is similar to the charity walking events, only this one differs because instead of walking, you will be jumping from a scissor jack into an inflated landing mattress. The higher you jump, the more money you and your team can win for the charity you are donating to.

I will be attending this event with my fiance and our 4-year-old daughter. My fiance will be jumping for a charity to be donated to the Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina. I am still undecided as to whether I will actually be participating as I am deathly afraid of heights. I may surprise myself and jump for the good cause as I like to face my fears.

There are two other ways you can participate. There is also the 24 hour donation challenge, where your team tries to raise as much money as possible within 24 hours. There is also the voting challenge, where you can vote for your favorite charity.

Many non-profit organizations will be participating to raise money for their charities as well as others. Arizona Humane Society is one out of many of those organizations. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona Foundation will also be one of the non-profit organizations involved that is very well known.

If you are feeling frisky on Nov. 1, 2014 and are in the area of Phoenix, Arizona, you should come join us in jumping from crazy heights for great causes!
