Catch the Cool Cask Beer Festival in Seattle

Seattle Exhibition Center Hall is one of the largest flat floor venues in Seattle. Seattle Center was created to host the World Fair in 1962. The exhibition hall hosts a wide range of trade and consumer shows each year, along with auctions, commercial holiday parties, as well as art exhibitions

What can you expect from the event

Washington Brewers Guild will present its yearly Cask Beer Festival at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. The festival will feature a massive collection of handcrafted beers. Guests can enjoy the taste of cask-conditioned beer during the event. Cask is a special type of beer, which is unpasteurized and unfiltered. Cask beers are brewed using traditional ingredients and are conditioned using secondary fermentation technique, to create a richer tasting drink.

Cask beer is well known in Great Britain, and America is catching up with the taste. The event will provide the guests access to more than 100 cask-conditioned beers. With the entry pass, each guest can sample 25 beers. Cask beers are also known as “real ale”. In addition to beers, vendors will provide an assortment of food items for consumption.
